Okay guys, we have a new section on our website! We hesitated before activating it, but have decided to share it with you all.
We know there are many of you who may want to help in one way or another when it comes to Judah. We wanted to provide an outlet for you to help and take part in our story. There are a few different capacities for you to choose from, should you feel led.
We have partnered with youcaring.com to start a fundraising page for Judah and our journey with our little.The reason behind our use of this site is three fold:
1. Jacob and I have physical/monetary needs that we simply cannot meet on our own since I lost my income.
2. We want to give you the chance to contribute towards anencephaly research at Duke Univeristy (http://dmpi.duke.edu/anencephaly)
3. We are starting a "best of indy" campaign for Judah. We call this a campaign because we will need lots of help to make it awesome! We want to share the best of the city we love with Judah, as we do not know how much time we will have with our baby (consider it our bucket list if you will) We would LOVE to take baby to a Colts game, Pacer game, carriage ride downtown, etc...but cannot afford to do these things on our own.
Be mindful that this is NOT a shameless plug for money, as a lot of thought, prayer, and consideration went into this. We ABSOLUTELY trust God as our provider, but understand that his provision may include some of you.
Whether we raise $5, $50, or $500 we want you to know this site was created with the purest of intentions. We ask that you pray/consider the cause before giving and only do so if you feel inclined/led/called to.
